About The Duluth DFL. The Duluth Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) unit is the official endorsing unit for the City of Duluth municipal races. We believe that every Minnesotan has a right to fair wages, to belong to a union, to education, to raise and provide for a family, to affordable housing, to accessible and affordable healthcare, to live in safe communities, and to retire with dignity and security.  We achieve these goals by endorsing and electing leaders who share those values and embody the principles outlined in the DFL Platform.
